Preparation Notes Pre-Arrival:

• Please arrive in your first makeup look, I suggest starting with a "no makeup, makeup look" and building from there, unless otherwise agreed.
• Arrive with your hair pre styled for your first look as hairstyling is not included in this package.
• Ensure you arrive with clean, neat and buffed nails for any shots featuring your beautiful hands. 
• Wear seamless flesh coloured underwear and bring along a flesh coloured strapless bra.

Begin your journey to the studio as efficiently as possible, as lateness over 15 minutes will be deducted from remaining shoot duration.

How Do I Pay You?

• Direct Payments from Actors: 50% non refundable deposit is due upon booking your slot. Immediately after the session has completed, the remaining 50% fee payment will be due. Only once full invoice payment is made, will you receive your contact sheet. No refunds on deposits for cancellations once invoice is sent and/or terms agreed in writing. 
• Rescheduling requires no later than 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

• Agency Payments for their Actors: 50% non refundable deposit is due upon booking your models slot. the remaining 50% fee payment is expected within 7 days of image selection or latest 2 weeks from shoot date. Rescheduling a previously confirmed Actor's slot requires a replacement Actor to fill the now vacant slot . Cancellations without replacement require 48 hours notice, less than 24 hours notice requires full fee. 

Booking your slot and session, indicates your agreement to these terms.

What Happens If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule Our Session?

• If you need to cancel the session, meaning you no longer wish to go ahead with the photoshoot with me, there are unfortunately no refunds of your deposit as I operate with a 50% non refundable deposit agreement.
• If you would like to reschedule your session with me, as long as you have given me at least 7 days notice, rescheduling will be free of charge. If however you reschedule and it is less than 7 days before your shoot, there will be a charge of 10% of any booked session to reschedule to a new date. If however, you have booked and paid a deposit to shoot with me in less than 7 days in the future and have to reschedule, please discuss with me and whether an additional fee is taken will be completely at my discretion as I will operate on a case by case situation. 

Do I Get To Choose My Own Images?

Yes. 

• You have complete control over the images you have decided to purchase for your portfolio. Should you require any advice from myself, I will be at hand to best accommodate you. 
• Your agency may also want to choose images with/for you - please discuss this with them along with the vision and desires for your test shoot.

When Will I Receive My Contact Sheet?

• Depending on the package you choose, you will receive your contact sheet no later than 5 working days after the shoot, subject to work commitments. Please discuss the current timeframe with me at the time of booking. Once you have made your selections please aim to get your choices back to me within 2 weeks after receiving your contact sheet. 

How Long Do I have to Wait To Receive My Images?

• My retouching turnaround is 7 - 14 days after images have been selected, depending on my workload, however a 48h EXPRESS SERVICE is available for £30.00 (per 3 images).

Can I ask for amendments to my images that I have received? 

Certainly!

• I have a 2 amendment retouch clause included in all of my services.  2 is the  maximum amount of changes on singular image included in original package. After this any additional retouch on a previously retouched image is priced at £10.00 per edit.

What Should I Wear For My Session?

• Please do bring with you a selection of clean and ironed tops which compliment your eyes and/or skin tone. 

• Items such as: vests, turtle necks, textured jumpers, shirts, a jacket with lapels, tops that are high neck and anything light weight, satin/flowy/lace will photograph beautifully. 

• I’d advise against bringing items with patterns that are "too busy” and vests that have very small “spaghetti” straps as this will tend to make the subject look too bare. 

I Would Like To Request A Certain Look / Backdrop For My Images - Am I Able To Do So?

• If you have any specific requirements, such as backdrop preferences, lighting style or anything else, please be sure to let me know prior to our session so I can accommodate you.

I Would Like To Purchase Add Ons Before Or After My Shoot, How Do I Go About This?

• No need to fret, just notify me of your add on requests and I can send an additional invoice if you have already paid your initial invoice.

I Would Like To Have Various Clothing Options, Facial Hair styles, Hairstyles And/OR Makeup Looks - Am I Able To Do This?

Of Course!

• All sessions permit unlimited hair, make up and styling changes within session time constraints chosen.

Where Will We Be Shooting?

• Unless otherwise agreed, we will most likely be shooting at my studio in Camberwell, South East London. 

• A call sheet with all details , including the address, will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

• Should we be shooting on location outside, l will send over the shoot location no later than 48hrs before the commencement date of the shoot.
